About CABATT

Guiding Every Child Towards Their Brightest Future

At CABATT, we know that every child learns differently, and that’s why we take a flexible, child-led approach. Our team of dedicated ABA therapists and supervisors provides personalised consultancy, assessments, and reports that focus on each child’s strengths, interests, and individual needs. We offer one-to-one therapy, support neurodivergent children and teens in group and camp settings, and run engaging group therapy sessions. We also train staff in schools, nurseries, and other educational settings on inclusion and neurodiversity, helping to create environments where children can develop confidence, independence, and essential life skills—while having fun. We are always working on exciting collaborations to bring more opportunities for neurodivergent children. From community events and partnerships to working with charities and local organisations, we are committed to making inclusion a reality beyond the classroom. We’ve also teamed up with sports clubs to run a neurodiversity and disability multisport club, giving children a fun, supportive space to get active and connect with others.

Our Approach

A Research-Driven, Child-Centered Approach

About CABATT and Our Founder

Meet Tania

Hi, I’m Tania Budhiraja-Gill, a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) with a wealth of experience helping children and teenagers with autism and other neurodivergent needs learn, grow, and thrive. My passion? Making sure every child the support they need to build confidence, independence, and essential life skills—all while having fun along the way!

I take a neuro-affirming, child-centred approach, using strategies that celebrate each child’s strengths, interests, and natural motivation. Instead of expecting children to fit into a set framework, I focus on helping them grow in a way that feels right for them. From toddlers taking their first steps in communication to teens building independence, I create tailored ABA programmes designed to boost confidence, develop life skills, and celebrate every little success. Whether at home, in nurseries, or in schools, I work closely with families and educators to make learning fun, engaging, and full of possibilities.

Empowering Inclusion & Celebrating Neurodiversity

Beyond therapy sessions, I’m on a mission to make the world a more inclusive place for neurodivergent children. As a Head of Inclusion and an active volunteer in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) initiatives, I help parents navigate the EHCP process, advocate for their child’s needs, and access the right support. At CABATT, we’re not just about therapy—we’re about building a community where children, families, and educators feel empowered, supported, and ready to take on the world. As well as running CABATT, I’m a certified Mental Health First Aider and have trained over 300 teachers all over the world, including inclusion and neurodiversity. I’ve also worked with sports clubs and supported over 200 parents in understanding neurodiversity and navigating SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities). Let’s work together to build confidence, independence, and brighter futures—one step at a time!
