About CABATT and Our Founder

Meet Tania

Hi, I’m Tania Budhiraja-Gill, a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) with a wealth of experience helping children and teenagers with autism and other neurodivergent needs learn, grow, and thrive. My passion? Making sure every child the support they need to build confidence, independence, and essential life skills—all while having fun along the way!

I take a neuro-affirming, child-centred approach, using strategies that celebrate each child’s strengths, interests, and natural motivation. Instead of expecting children to fit into a set framework, I focus on helping them grow in a way that feels right for them. From toddlers taking their first steps in communication to teens building independence, I create tailored ABA programmes designed to boost confidence, develop life skills, and celebrate every little success. Whether at home, in nurseries, or in schools, I work closely with families and educators to make learning fun, engaging, and full of possibilities.

About CABATT

Mission Statement

At CABATT Consultancy, we’re dedicated to helping individuals and families create real, lasting change. Using personalised ABA strategies, we work together to unlock potential, build skills, and improve everyday life.

Vision Statement

We want to create a world where every person has the support they need to live confidently, be independent, and make meaningful progress in their own time.

Empowering Inclusion & Celebrating Neurodiversity

Beyond therapy sessions, I’m on a mission to make the world a more inclusive place for neurodivergent children. As a Head of Inclusion and an active volunteer in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) initiatives, I help parents navigate the EHCP process, advocate for their child’s needs, and access the right support. At CABATT, we’re not just about therapy—we’re about building a community where children, families, and educators feel empowered, supported, and ready to take on the world. As well as running CABATT, I’m a certified Mental Health First Aider and have trained over 300 teachers all over the world, including inclusion and neurodiversity. I’ve also worked with sports clubs and supported over 200 parents in understanding neurodiversity and navigating SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities). Let’s work together to build confidence, independence, and brighter futures—one step at a time!

Our Services

Comprehensive ABA Solutions Tailored to Every Child's Needs

Assessment
and Report

Our assessments include observing the child, gathering input from parents, and analysing their needs. The results are detailed in a clear report, highlighting strengths and challenges, and guiding a personalised intervention plan.

One-to-One
Therapy

In addition to consultancy, we offer one-to-one support where trained therapists follow a structured plan created by the ABA consultant (BCBA). They implement strategies with integrity, ensuring consistency while also collecting data to track progress and make informed adjustments. If we don’t have a tutor available, we’ll support you in finding and recruiting the right therapist, guiding you through every step to ensure the necessary checks are completed. We can also offer training for individuals who wish to become ABA therapists, helping them develop the skills needed to provide effective, evidence-based support.

Challenging
Behaviour Plan

We provide effective strategies to manage and improve challenging behaviors, empowering children and their families with tools to foster positive interactions and growth.

Individualised
ABA Program

Our group sessions are designed to foster social interactions and communication among peers, helping children develop essential social skills in a fun and engaging environment.

ABA Approach

Understanding ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis)

ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) is a scientific, evidence-based approach to understanding behavior & fostering positive behavioral changes.
ABA helps children by using scientifically proven techniques to improve communication, social skills, self-regulation, and daily living abilities. Through individualised programmes, children learn new skills and reduce challenging behaviours. ABA breaks down tasks into manageable steps and uses positive reinforcement to promote learning, helping children achieve their fullest potential.

ABA services can benefit individuals of all ages, but they are most commonly used for children, typically starting as early as 18 months through adolescence. Early intervention is highly effective, but ABA strategies can also help teens and adults improve behaviour and functional skills.

Parent participation plays a vital role in ABA therapy. Our Parent Starter Training is designed to be flexible, allowing parents to choose a convenient time and location. Friends and relatives are also welcome to attend, ensuring a strong support system for the child. Additionally, parents are actively involved in regular workshops, where they learn effective strategies to reinforce their child’s progress at home. This collaborative approach helps maintain consistency across different environments, fostering faster and more sustainable development.

The timeline for progress varies depending on the child’s unique needs, goals, and the intensity of the therapy. Some children show improvements within a few weeks, while others may take several months. Consistency, individualised plans, and family involvement all play key roles in achieving progress.
